Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. For returns unrelated to defects or order errors, items must be:
Unused and in their original, resalable condition.
Returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and included parts.
Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.
Please check the fit before skating. Skates may be tried on indoors on clean carpet, but must show no signs of skating, scuffs, or wear on the wheels, brakes, boots, or frames.
Discounted items remain eligible unless clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase. Final-sale restrictions do not apply to confirmed defects or items sent in error.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Your order number.
The item you wish to return or exchange.
Your reason for the request and, for exchanges, your preferred size or item.
Clear photos or a short video showing the item’s condition and original packaging.
Please allow us 3 business days for our team to respond to your inquiry. Once approved, we will provide the return address and packing instructions.
Contact us before sending anything back. The return address may differ from the address on your original package. Pack the product box inside a protective shipping carton and send us the tracking information.
Shipping Cost
For size changes, fit preferences, or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If we confirm a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an item sent in error, we will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection of the returned item. We will confirm any price difference and shipping charges before processing your exchange.
If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another available item or receive a refund for an eligible return.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned items, including applicable tax and accounting for any discounts.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Products are covered against manufacturing defects for six months from delivery. Once a defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund, replacement product, or replacement part, as appropriate, and cover the necessary shipping costs.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage caused by misuse or modifications are not manufacturing defects.
Purchases Through Other Retailers
This policy applies to retail orders placed directly through www.skatebeastshop.com. For purchases from another retailer, please contact the original seller. Wholesale orders are subject to separate dealer terms.
